Long Exposure Photography with an iPhone

The best camera out there is the one you have with you. I’ve said a version of this many times before on here and my YouTube channels. And it’s still true. That’s why I end up taking so many photos with my trusty old iPhone 7. It’s just there when I need it.

So when I learn about fun built-in and semi-hidden features like this one, I get even more excited. I had to make a quick video to explain it. Check out my 30 second iPhone Long Exposure Photography tutorial here:

Pretty sweet, huh?

Now, of course this is a photo effect and not true long exposure photography. But it creates a pretty awesome result nonetheless. I’m excited to explore what other scenarios it might be good for. I think my next experiment with this feature will be a night shot with light streaks from traffic.
